 Financial innovations in terms of development of digital economy


Financial innovations, financial and digital technologies transform the way of life, work, consump-tion, production of goods and services. In the face of increasing competition, the Internet offers op-portunities for improving business and benefiting from lower production costs. Using information and communication technologies (ICT), small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) gain access to global markets that were once the prerogative of only large corporations. Digital platforms are changing the economics of doing business, reducing the cost of international interactions and trans-actions. The growth of Fintech raises questions to financial authorities regarding the expansion of the regulatory and supervisory perimeter, the compliance of new types of digital financial services with existing rules, the identification, evaluation, reduction and monitoring of financial innovation risks. Digital globalization is changing the value chains, creating new hubs, transforming economic activity. Under these conditions, policymakers need to find the right balance between taking ad-vantage of openness and reducing the risks that appear in the digital world at unprecedented speed. How big the digital economy will be in the medium and long term remains the question, but the fact is that it will grow at a significant pace is beyond doubt.

 Unique advantages of the “smart city” concept at the present stage of economic and strategic planning development


This article analyzes the concept of “smart city”, which implies effective interpenetration and coexistence of human, digital and physical systems in order to develop and improve the economic space of the country. The characteristic of the term “smart city” is given. The evolution of the concept of “smart city” in different time periods is considered. As a result of the study, the prospects of applying the concept of “smart city” in the context of the development of modern economic and strategic planning are determined.

 Development of a neural network model of economic clustering for analysis of the investment attractiveness of enterprises


In modern Economics, great importance is paid to the use of mathematical modeling methods during the analysis of investment processes, determining the investment attractiveness and efficiency of investment activities, calculation of investment risks. The article presents a model of economic clustering, developed using the theory and scientific and methodological tools of neural network modeling. The developed neural network model of clustering allows to determine the investment attractiveness of enterprises in different sectors of the economy, their cost and net profit, taking into account the influence of all elements of the system of economic relations. This model can be used to assess the investment attractiveness of meso-economic systems and management decision-making by investors, owners and management companies, including their product and territorial diversification.

 Improving the management of programs and projects at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex (history, methodology, basic principles of implementation, organizational institutions)


This article highlights the main approaches to the formation of corporate management systems of project activities in the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the stages of development of project management as an independent field of knowledge is carried out. The main directions of development of project management methodology in the context of the formation of a new paradigm of project management in Russia and abroad are analyzed and presented. The main provisions of the author’s methodology for managing high-tech projects in the high-tech segment of engineering are presented. The main constraining factors of introduction of modern design methods in the enterprises of military-industrial complex are given. The main organizational solutions for the implementation of advanced design techniques are proposed. On the basis of the research materials presented in this article the necessary conclusions and generalizations are made.

This article discusses the features of competitive strategies of Russian companies in the market of consulting services. According to the results of the analysis, the factors and the main competitive advantages that domestic consulting firms should have were formed.

 The use of a digital product model in solving the problem of cost optimization at the stages of the life cycle of promising products


The article deals with the current problem of cost optimization at the stages of the life cycle of a promising product. Prediction of random factors affecting the production of promising products is difficult, because the traditional methods of cost optimization in this case are not applicable due to the large stochasticity of the optimization problem. It is shown how the use of a digital model can solve the problem of cost optimization at the stages of the life cycle of a promising product. The article describes the economic and mathematical model of cost optimization at the stages of the life cycle of promising products, using such scientific achievements of digitalization as a digital counterpart of the product and its digital layout. The method of estimation of accuracy at the solution of stochastic optimization problem is presented. The technique to control the costs of the stages of the life cycle perspective of products is developed.

 The market of services of entertainment centers: a look through the prism of image-forming factors. Part 3. Peculiarities of emotional perception


The analysis of the market of entertainment services using an approach based on the integration of marketing communications based on the study of consumer preferences is given. The features of emotional perception of entertainment centers by representatives of the target group segments, as well as differences in perception depending on the socio-demographic and psychographic characteristics of the target group are described. The comparison of images of real entertainment centers with the ideal is carried out, the variants of their improvement are considered. Conclusions from the analysis and recommendations for the development of images of entertainment centers with reference to possible promotion strategies are formulated.

 A new approach to the assessment of students’ motivation


The experience of the development and application of a simplified methodology for assessing the motives of students created with the active participation of first-year students during the experiment to introduce the project form of education in the university is presented. The method is based on the assumption of the relationship of career guidance and basic motives of Junior students. The results of evaluation of the basic motives of students of different specialties is received. The connection between the structure of basic motives and the manifestation of subjectivity of members of student teams, as well as the results of project activities is revealed.
