Abstract:The article considers the classification of retail services and the types of falsification. We found out that assortment falsification is the most prevalent in the main retail service (sale of goods, aquametric falsification). It touches not only the quality of trade goods, but also the quality of commercial services. We justify the usefulness of the term “anti-marketing“ for falsifying retail services using the means, methods and techniques of marketing. We show the incidence of different types of services’ falsification.
