Abstract:
The goal of the article is to form the idea that it is possible to resolve conflict situations in regional organizations by using not only traditionally accepted methods and means accepted in management, in particular, by negotiations, meetings, stimulating workers and counterparts, developing partnerships, but also by means of in-depth study and analysis of information currently available in all areas of the organization's activities and necessary to deepen internal and external management links.
