Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development of management mechanism for industrial companies engineering in different types of competitive environments, ensuring the achievement of strategic and operational objectives and improving the efficiency of engineering and industrial companies in General. The object of research in this article are engineering industrial companies operating in a changing environment under the influence of variable market structures. The subject of the study is the mechanism of management of engineering industrial companies.
The developed mechanism is divided into six separate blocks, the combination of which allows to assess the value of margin profit and organizational and technological level the article presents an analysis of the current state of the market of engineering activities in the industry, as well as the structure of the world market in the context of engineering activities. In the article the thesis that it is necessary to be engaged in production, construction and design activity within one enterprise is put and proved
