Highlights:The object of research in the article is the process of creating high-tech products by innovation-active enterprises.
The synthesis of a number of provisions of the theory of economic analysis and the theory of innovative development on the basis of synergetic methodology has been carried out.
This made it possible to develop certain aspects of the theory of optimal management of innovation-active enterprises in terms of analyzing the effectiveness of their activities.
A toolkit has been developed for evaluating the economic efficiency of projects for creating innovative high-tech enterprises using high-score methods, which takes into account the specifics of this process.
This made it possible, from ascertaining and describing well-known scientific propositions, previously obtained by different researchers, to proceed to the development of new scientific knowledge: to reveal the economic laws of this process; form a system of indicators reflecting an integrated approach to assessing its effectiveness; to establish the relationship between indicators and determine the ability of the considered system of indicators to assess the development of innovation-active enterprises. A methodological device for determining the priority of projects for the creation of high-tech products based on the analysis of their prospects and economic efficiency is proposed. Presents a set of key financial indicators, which are proposed to be included in the information model of projects.
Abstract:The definition of high-tech products. produced by innovation-active enterprises. The role of the activities of these enterprises creating these products in the qualitative change in the socio-economic development of the country is characterized. The proposed tool for assessing the economic efficiency of projects aimed at the creation of high-tech products by innovation-active enterprises. It includes a system of assessment indicators and algorithms for their calculation. The methodological bases of comparative assessment of these indicators on a four-point scale using the method of ball point evaluation have been developed. The algorithm of the generalized (integral) assessment of the economic efficiency of the project for the creation of high-tech products. Considered a toolkit for assessing the priority of projects for the creation of high-tech products by innovation-active enterprises.
