Abstract:
It is known that human resources management is based on the achievement of organizational goals by means of ensuring the proper industrial work behaviour of each employee or realization of the staff competences. «Competences, – the author asserts, – promote maintenance of a steady advantage of the organization over competitors». The present material has a scientific and practical importance and is meant for heads of organizations of different ownership types and the readers who are interested in questions of the organizational strategy development.
