The duality of stakeholders position as the basis for the industrial park structures management

Abstract:
The study focused on the economic relations formed the task orientation of stakeholders of the industrial park structures. The aim of this work is the need to formulate the main parameters that control efficiency of functioning of the industrial park structures, as well as to explore priorities and possible strategic positions of key stakeholders, including to study the phenomenon of duality of the position of stakeholders. The author justifies the redistribution / creation of asymmetry of the effects of stakeholders of the industrial park structure as an adaptive tool of strategic management, regulating the development of the industrial park structure by applying a wide range of events on creation, modification or elimination of the asymmetry effects in accordance with the target vector. As methodological principles, the theory of strategic management in terms of tools and mechanisms for adaptive management is proposed.
