Role of intellectual capital in forming innovation potential of Russian organization

Highlights:
Ability of organization to realize innovation activity can be called its potential to generate results in innovation sphere (that is innovation potential). Innovation potential depends on organisation resources and competencies, because it is these factors which define opportunities to elaborate innovation ideas among personnel. Innovation potential is mainly formed by level of intellectual capital development in frames of economic system. Correlation-regression analysis of defined parameters demonstrates sufficiently high interaction between human capital development index and innovation activity of entities, which proves their influence. In context of role of public authority organizations it was found, that level of common effectiveness of interaction between enterprises and public organizations is insufficiently high.

Abstract:
Level of innovation system development becomes one of fundamental factors for national entities competitiveness. It demands closer research of intellectual capital meaning and role in context of innovation development, and potential of economic systems. The research is aimed at elaborating mechanism to estimate human capital development index influence on organizational innovation activity. Methodological base of the research consists of Economics and Mathematics models to analyze economic interaction, concepts of Russian and foreign specialists in sphere of intellectual capital and innovation development. In frames of estimation techniques statistical, mathematical and comparative analysis methods are used. In conclusion formed estimation systems of human capital index influence and entities innovation activity, based on integral parameters estimation methodology, are supposed.
