Modeling of innovative project of housing construction in large cities

Abstract:
Today, within the framework of various projects to solve environmental problems in the Russian Federation, various ways of developing eco-standards have been developed. This article discusses the process of modeling the innovative project of housing construction, examines the principles, directions and norms of development of eco-standards in the construction of innovative urban infrastructure, as the basis for the formation of a comfortable living environment. The special relevance of the issues of green building in the implementation of “green“ standards is determined. The project of construction in Tatarstan, which claims to be the first in the Republic of Tatarstan gold certificate on the GREEN ZOOM system, is presented. The issues of attracting the largest number of citizens to these projects are considered. The results of the study will be useful for professional participants of the real estate market and interested scientists in the field of Economics of green building.
