Development of methodology for control and monitoring of network retail supply chains

Abstract:
The main trends in the development of online retail in both Russia and internationally are considered. It is shown that one of the main global trends in network retail is digitalization of supply chains of network retail operators. The relevance of control and monitoring of supply chains of network retail has been substantiated, and it has also been proved that the research methodology of this functionality should be based on open information systems with active elements, using the methodology of synergetics, artificial intelligence and self-organization, which replaces classical analytical methods, models and formal theoretical apparatus. The role of integration in the development of the considered methodology is shown, which includes such basic types as operational, informational and functional. Revealed specific areas of research according to the issues at hand. The evolution of the supply chain monitoring and monitoring toolkit was studied in relation to network retail in the context of increasing the transparency of the supply chain and the application of the latest digital concepts / technologies, in particular the Control Tower toolkit. A model of the dynamics of control and monitoring of supply chains of network retail is proposed based on the phases of process maturity.
