Abstract:
In this paper we consider the problems of staffing of enterprises of industries related to the emerging technological order, in their spatial reference in the regions of operation in terms of a significant structural imbalance of the domestic economy, and associated with these phenomena distortions of the labor market, the structure of students' demand for future professions, the structure of the release of higher and secondary educational institutions in geographical and sectoral sections, and the formation of, thus, human capital of the coming technological order as a result of mutual lack of trust of the state, society and business.
