Abstract:The study examines the global practice of applying corporate social responsibility (CSR) in modern MNEs (multinational enterprises). The actual data on the development of social responsibility of enterprises are considered. The specificity of modern interaction of companies with stakeholders and the state is described. The generalization of the data on results of implementation of the CSR projects of several major Russian and Western companies and describes the peculiarities of application of social responsibility to enhance activities of the companies.
