Abstract:
The article describes the principle of solving the problem of formation and optimization of stocks of inventory, taking into account the assessment of the reliability of the supply system, using the methodology of statistical modeling. An algorithm for the determination of the optimal amount of reserve safe (acceptable risk of shortage) is given, an optimal scheme for calculation of volumes of deliveries of meat raw materials using state-of-Monte-Carlo is formed.
