Abstract:The article deals with the currently emerging postulates of the concept of green economy, involving the organization of nature-saving industrial production and the introduction of innovative eco-technologies. On the example of Perm Krai ecological tendencies and indicators of environmental protection are investigated, and also objects of the accumulated ecological damage are revealed. There is a lack of systematic solutions to environmental problems in rural development programs in the region. The practical significance of the provisions considered by the authors lies in the conclusion that the environmental factor is one of the main destructive elements in the implementation of the goals and objectives of socio-economic development of rural areas of modern Russia. The results of the study can be used in the development and implementation of sustainable rural development programs in the regions of the Russian Federation.
