Business training for personnel of entrepreneurial organizations: forms, opportunities, limitations, performance evaluation

Abstract:
The article identifies the problem of unjustified mixing of different models of business training in the training of personnel of entrepreneurial organizations. This may reduce the effectiveness of staff training. Not only business coaches, but also heads of business organizations should be guided in the conceptual foundations of quality training of personnel within the framework of training programs, in accordance with the principle of effectiveness. In the context of the outlined problems, the forms, opportunities, limitations and indicators of evaluating the effectiveness of business training for the staff of entrepreneurial organizations are described.
