Abstract:Employees play an increasingly important role in an organization's success in the digital economy. The development of digital technologies entails a transformation in the labor market. The report is based on the results of a study conducted in 2019 among employers in Bulgaria and Russia. The study aims to analyze the development of human capital in organizations in two developing countries. Also, the problems facing the organizations of the digital economy are related to the personnel.
