Agile-projects management in lean environment

The article considers the possibility of integration of traditionally opposed approaches Agile and Kanban in the management of large industrial enterprises. The aim of the study is to develop a new algorithm for the implementation of lean production through the formation of small working groups operating on the basis of the Scrum methodology. The authors classify existing approaches to the implementation of lean production, identify common patterns and propose a new integrated approach. The developed algorithm makes it possible to launch lean production at a large enterprise as efficiently as possible, to quickly involve personnel in the process of changes, to identify the leaders of changes. The use of Agile frameworks in lean-management will allow to get a specific result in a short time and make quick adjustments in the developed plans.
