Abstract:The relevance of the article is due to the need and importance at the present stage of consideration of issues of personnel involvement in the process of quality management system in an educational organization. The article deals with the theoretical approaches to the concept of personnel involvement, the expediency of considering the process of quality management system in terms of personnel involvement, as well as the features of personnel involvement in the quality management system in an educational organization. The monitoring data of Omsk universities in the main areas of performance in comparison with the threshold values are presented. The necessity of mutual cooperation of all interested parties in order to improve the quality of education, and as a consequence of the development of science and achieving the world level by the universities of the Russian Federation is shown.
