Transformation of the human management concept in the organization

Abstract:
An unstable world with exponential growth of information volumes determines the changing nature of public relations. Under the influence of the external environment in the human management in the organization there is a transformation of concepts and methods of solving problems with their subsequent objectification in practice. The modern transformation of the human management concept takes place in the VUCA environment with the active introduction of digital technologies. In this transformation, open single-valued and multivalued transformations are revealed. The transformation of the methodology of human management in the organization, which has undergone changes from economic materialism to pragmatic constructivism, is established by an unambiguous transformation. These changes are relevant to the transformation of ideas about the functional importance of a person in the organization, from the labor resource to the actor who constructs organizational reality. Stochastic transformation revealed the transformation of the human model in the organization, a set of trajectories which is implemented by the economic and associated person. Unambiguous and ambiguous changes characterize the integration of employees, transforming from a low degree of employee participation to ghosting.
