Abstract:The article is devoted to the study of the influence of the process of “digitalization“ on the quality of working time. The aim of the work is to identify and develop methodological approaches to assessing the quality of working time in modern conditions. The object of the study is the “working time“ of employees. As a result of the conducted research the basic definition of the concept “quality of working time use“ is considered. The article presents the features characterizing the quality of working time. Application of a technique of an assessment of rationality of use of working time, from the point of view of administration and the worker, is offered. Thanks to these methodological approaches, it is possible to identify additional reserves of productivity growth and labor efficiency at enterprises. The necessity of assessing the quality of working time at Russian enterprises is argued.
