Abstract:The author explains the concept of the system of management of innovative development of small enterprises of hotel business (SMID), provides procedures for the development and implementation
as a set of works performed in sequence, identifies the main stages of social and psychological training for workers for implementation of innovations. A scheme illustrating the important provisions of the text are given. The material is designed for entrepreneurs working in the hotel business, and readers who are interested in innovation development in the sector
of tourist services.
