Abstract:
The world economic system dictates certain rules and trends of political and primarily economic development. It is due to globalization processes, the scope and intensity of which imposes requirements for the formation of a sustainable, effective and modern economic system, primarily at the regional level. Today, the most important problem is the search for drivers of economic development. Among them we have considered and presented high-tech companies. The relevance of the research topic is confirmed by the fact that the path of technological development today determines not only the possibility of qualitative and breakthrough economic development, but also the achievement of technological leadership. The purpose of this study is to analyze and improve methodological approaches to the formation and promotion of high-tech companies - drivers of regional development of innovation and investment genesis. The basis of the study is the methodology of integral forecasting and planning in terms of the convergence of scientific approaches of Russian and foreign scientists who have significantly developed this area of economic knowledge. The applied methods of scientific knowledge, namely, methods of metatheoretic level, as well as general logical methods, which include the method of system analysis, the method of analysis and synthesis, the method of induction and deduction, have contributed to the qualitative study and analysis of the problems identified in the work. The author's position on the definition of high-tech companies as innovative and investment drivers of economic development of the region is presented. The evolution of the development of scientific and technical thought is analyzed. The methodology of innovation and investment development of economic systems at the meso-level is improved. The most important conceptual bases of technological development of the economy in the context of stimulation of the companies - drivers of innovative and investment nature are given.
