The concept of intra-team management methods in the management of innovative projects in the organization

Abstract:
The article examines the methods of organization of interaction within the project team. Their classification is proposed. The classification is based on the division of methods into basic and providing. The model of interrelations of subjects of innovative projects with justification of methods of intra-team management is formed. The important role of information support, which is the main tool for the effective implementation of the model of innovation management in the organization, is outlined.
