Abstract:
The article discusses the main approaches to the work of IT-specialists standardization. The measures for the unification of working standards are justified. The limits of application of the numerical solution method for estimating labour costs and the time sheet method for work standardization are indicated. The results of calculations of work time of IT-specialists on the example of one of the divisions of the Krasnoyarsk railway, a branch of JSC “Russian Railways“, indicating the possibility of application of these methods in the development of working standards are given.
