Abstract:
The article analyzes current trends in the development of social and labor relations in the context of ongoing changes in the pension system. The role of institutional changes in pension provision in the transformation of social and labor relations and, as a result, in its impact on economic growth and the quality of life of the population is assessed. The topic reflects current problems associated with the implementation of pension reform, which affects the interests of wide sections of the population. The article presents a description of the structure of the concept of transformation of the system of social and labor relations in the context of reforming the pension system, which determines the novelty of the study
A block diagram of the system is presented, its subsystems and the results of the study are described; generalized conclusions are made. The authors strive to trace the process of transformation, starting with the determination of factors and causes, and ending with a description of the post-transformational processes of transformation of the SRT system. The results of the research presented in the article can be used by state authorities and enterprises to regulate social and labor relations in the implementation of pension reform.
