Abstract:In the present article the author considered the principles of the corporate social responsibility formation taking into account its inner development and peculiarities of functionality of its surroundings. The most frequent models of interaction between the companies and local communities as well as efficient instruments of solvation with the local authorities are reviewed. Taking into consideration of the certain organization peculiarities and its surroundings will allow to the companies not only to create an efficient socially responsible strategy but also to provide the organization with the increasing of business stability level due to the possibility of participation in the long-term creation of surroundings requests within which frame there is planning its business activity.
