Abstract:One of the topical problems of retailing is the intention of retailers to satisfy the tastes of modern consumers, because now they are more exacting and particular not only about the goods assortment and the service quality but also about the additional services and the service level. To retain the existing customers and attract new clients a program of service package formation and development at retail enterprises has been worked out and suggested. This package of services meets the needs and expectations of customers to the greatest extent.
