Abstract:Development of competences of management staff allows corporate-type enterprises to achieve synergy, i.e. the strategic alignment between the structural units, and facilitates the integration and coordination of multiple functions. Development and implementation of competence models at different levels of the hierarchy allows to effectively manage the interrelations between the various activities of the organization.
