Abstract:The success of business development of a commercial bank, including its retail component, depends on increasing the customer base. Attracting clients is achieved through the customer satisfaction and the loyalty improving. However, any improvement in quality leads to increased costs. Standardization is a way to solve the problem. The article examines existing approaches to the
standardization of products, sales technologies, operations performed and formats of sales offices.
