Abstract:The article is devoted to estimating economic efficiency of innovation and investment projects of low-rise building at all stages of their implementation. The author suggests an algorithm for calculating economic efficiency of innovation and investment projects of low-rise construction, as well as methods for
determining economic benefits received by investors and contractors, depending on the degree of government participation in building residential objects of economy class.
