Abstract:
The article considers ensuring readiness of the personnel to innovation as an integral part of the innovation process, its main sub-process in terms of socioapproach and the concept of social and ethical management. It shows the basic abilities to influence the results of the innovation process through the management of ensuring readiness of the staff to innovate.
