Abstract:The article presents the results of scientific study on the examination of differentiation strategy as a significant factor in improving the competitiveness of the hotel facilities. The author formulated the concept of differentiation strategy regarding a hotel facility. The main directions of differentiation in hotel business were considered, a mechanism for developing a differentiation strategy of hotel facilities in the spectrum of services was proposed. The conditions, necessary for the realization of the differentiation strategy, were identified.
